Refunds & Returns

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you expected, email support@therisencross.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund you.

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time shown on our shipping page, email us and we'll track it down or refund you.
